The Nusshold’s and the Dornan’s

Hans and Eva met Jim and Nancy Dornan in California/San Diego for the first time almost 25 years ago. They were extremely impressed by Jim and Nancy, who soon became their role models and mentors.

Jim Dornan had founded Network TwentyOne in the USA two years previously, and Hans gladly accepted the invitation and challenge to bring N21 to Europe. Hans was captivated by Jim’s vision and philosophy of creating an advanced training system for Amway business partners. He wanted to give the classical Amway business a new dimension and share his knowledge with others in order to help them to achieve personal success in a faster manner.

The first step was an office in Austria, then an expansion into the Hungarian market. Many countries, which are very successful AMWAY markets today, such as Romania, Turkey, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, as well as the Ukraine and Russia, followed.

Hans and Eva learned not only through great success, but also through setbacks, how to expand their roles as leaders and to become mentors themselves.

The partnership and friendship shared with Jim and Nancy Dornan has influenced their lives and their decisions tremendously, more than anybody else before them (parents included).

On August 7th 2013, Jim Dornan lost a heroic battle against cancer. The Nusshold´s will continue to cooperate with thousands of Network TwentyOne partners who share Jim´s philosophy and values in order to uphold the vision of a worldwide training and education system for AMWAY business-owners.

The Dornan family has found great successors in David and Jules Dornan. Nancy, as well as David and Jules, can count on the ongoing support and partnership of the Nusshold organization.
